Primary Responsibility
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across our suite of digital products (web and mobile apps)
Partner with developer team to define and execute development roadmap about feature, benefits and positioning
Drive the priority of the developer team with current capacity
Collaborate with customer insights to implement messaging that is aligned between user personas and stages in user lifecycle
Activate the Female Daily Network brand and mission messaging across all digital touch points
Understand and monitor competitive offerings to become the expert on our digital market landscape
Define and implement strategies that improve key digital engagement and retention metric
Qualification
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from with strong academic performance
5-7 years marketing experience, ideally managing product marketing strategy development and tactical execution
Strong organizational skills, with success driving multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
Passion for translating brand and customer insights into innovative and engaging digital experiences
Ability to think strategically and creatively
A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to switch gears as required
Naturally curious; you’re inspired by the road less traveled and finding creative solutions that others haven’t considered
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail
Self-starter who can power through ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
Extensive experience with A-B Testing, Platform such as VWO / Optimizely, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Excel, and client-side analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and Mixpanel)
