Primary Responsibility
Qraved -- Indonesia's leading restaurant discovery and bookings directory is in search of talented people to join our team in building South East Asia's largest F&B platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing responsibilities' include overseeing the planning, development and execution of our company's marketing initiatives and strategies to grow, engage and retain our user base in all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading marketing initiatives within fast-growing companies. This position has a broad scope and offers the ability to make a significant impact on overall company performance. We’re looking for a can-do high-energy team player who has a successful track record of execution, including leading teams, and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the overall user growth and retention including all initiatives associated with those objectives
Work directly with Product Management and Engineering to ensure strong and effective cross-functional product strategy, messaging and launches
Own the development of positioning, messaging, branding, and market strategy of Qraved In collaboration with Sales department continuously refine comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning
Ensure rigor and discipline across company-wide programs that support integrated marketing and business development models
Guide development of high quality content with the content marketing team to drive user growth and engagement
Manage all aspects of online and offline marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting Hire top talents and be a great leader, coach, and manager to a marketing organization of more than 20 young professionals
Work closely with the Qraved Executive team to develop and execute dynamic campaigns that drive user growth and retention

Experience Requirements:
8+ years of relevant work experience in the digital marketing sphere
5+ years in successfully leading and growing multi-layered departments and teams
Proven track record of managing a wide variety of paid and unpaid acquisition channels, user acquisition and retention in a fast-paced environment
Skill Set Requirements:
Native in Bahasa Indonesia and excellent oral and written communication skills and good command over theEnglish language
Expertise in mobile user acquisition and retention
Growth hacking mindset
Strong analytical skills
Strong in leadership and people managing skills
Strong in social media and offline marketing campaigns
Strong in negotiation and presentation skills
Strong work ethics and immensely comfortable with working in a fast growing start up company
