Primary Responsibility
In charge of reception basic admin work. Organize business trip and appointments such as visa application, ticket booking and hotel reservation
Responsible for purchasing, settling charge and managing admin Supplies, stationeries and so on.
Administrative cost analysis: submit the related admin cost application form and analysis report every month.
Responsible for company documents, license annual check and updated.
Organize company activities.
Tracking employee attendance and leave record.
Recruiting basic support: such as refresh recruiting advertisement, select CV, arrange interview time. Training coordination.
Maintain and make sure IT basic equipment work normally. Purchase IT equipments. Update FA List regularly.
Coperate with group IT to solve local IT issues.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification
Qualification
Good in English, in both written and spoken. College Degree above. Mandarin is a plus.
Good computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure; Detailed-oriented.
Self-dependent, great sense of responsibility, good organizer.
Flexible in scope of tasks and schedule of work.
Strong communication skills, good team player and hard working.
Minimum age is 22 years old and maximum age is 35 years old.
