Company Introduction
Through national programs such as NAWACITA (Masterplan for Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesia’s Economic Development), National Logistics System, and National Transportation System, the government mandated the construction and development of airports should play a very important and strategic role to face the challenges of free trade began in 2015 when the ASEAN member countries agreed to implement the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the ASEAN Open Sky Policy. Indonesian government has given this issues a serious thought, proven by the enactment of Regulation Number 1 year 2009 about aviation and Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 49 year 2005 about National Transportation System, and also Ministry of Trasportation’s decision about National Airport Structure.
In accordance with the Government Regulation, through Provincial Act number 22 year 2013 West Java government established a Region Owned Company to manage Kertajati International airport, named West Java International Airport (WJIA). WJIA Company will be responsible for the success of Kertajati International Airport as an Aerocity integrated development. Located in Majalengka, West Java, Kertajati Airport and Aerocity are expected to be the future of airlines service supported by integrated accessibility system of highway, speed train, and seaport.
With Aerocity concept, it is expected to be the center of economic activity for its hinterland area supported by great potentials of natural resources and agriculture. Likewise, airport related and supporting business industries are also encouraged to set WJIA as the gate for Air traffic in West Java region and trigger competitiveness and attractiveness for International trade. WJIA and Kertajati Aerocity are expected to act as a driving force of economic growth in West Java.

Airport and aerocity development is divided into phases to reach its ultimate stage in 2045. We set several targets every year as milestone or key points to achieve the vision. Airport landside construction will begin in August of 2015 while the airside has already started in 2014. The whole 2016 will be the year of construction progress as main facility of passenger terminal building will be completed at the end of the year. Our first flight expected to depart in mid of 2017 and running with 1,5 million passengers average to the end of the year. Parallel to that, in 2017, the development of Kertajati Aerocity is expected to start. By the year of 2018 we will optimize airport facility construction and by the end of 2019 we expect the completion airport development phase 2.
Primary Responsibility
Having basic knowledge in business, accounting, laws and regulations
Implementing the decisions of the board of directors
Acting as adviser to the company directors
Handle company share transactions - issuing new shares, arranging dividend payments and observing all legal requirements
Liaising with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders on board governance issues
Attending and take minutes of directors’ and members’ meeting.
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communications, Law, or equivalent;
Preferably Male;
Have a good communication (Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia);
Have a good connection, mature, responsible, and can work under pressure;
Understand about Finance and Law related to the corporate.
