Gender : Male or Female.
Marital Status : Single is an advantage.
Education : Diploma or Degree in Management or equivalent
Experience : 2 years ( at least ) in similar position preferebly in shopping center.
Language Skill : Fluency in Indonesia & English (written & oral), Mandarin is an advantage
Computer Skill : Demonstrated advanced skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software).
Experience Skill :
ege of tenancy related issues in a shopping mall will be an added advantage.
ossesses mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commision, proportions, precentages.
Detailed oriented, organize and possess strong problem solving skill.
