The Ratama Management Consultant (RMC)’s main fields are Management Strategy, ISO Series & Other Management System, Productivity Improvement, Perusahaan Jasa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (PJK3), In-House Training & Public Training.

Our clients are coming from corporate services, manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, education system and insurance in private environments, multinational, Government-Owned Corporation (BUMN) or Regional-Owned Corporation (BUMD).
Willing to work in Cibinong – West Java (at Head Office).
Make a schedule for every project.
Progress schedule or general schedule who had already prepared .
Make CVR (consultant visit report).
Make budget plan for official travel, transportation and accommodation.
Make a report the realization the use of the cost of official travel.
Make progress on “home work” to customers.
Finish progress project assigned by company.
Consultants will hold project a maximum of 5 (five) projects in 1 (one) year.
Implement internal meeting progress related the problem with customers.
Have good experiences about 5– 10 years in developing and implementation the system related to manufacturing process, mining or oil & gas industry.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in technical with IPK≥3.00.Candidates with others educational background will be considered.
Strong execution focus and proven ability to get things done and problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English (Toefl score≥450).
Have good understanding of Business Process Mapping, Production System, Tools for Improvements, Risk Based Thinking, and also have good “logically process approach”.
Should be prioritized who good understand the system of ISO series (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO55000, ISO50000, SMK3) and has certified internal auditor or lead auditor (IRCA).
Domicile in Bogor and surrounding areas (Depok or Cibubur)
Has licence driver (SIM A).
Like travelling (Official Travel).
