Monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary,
Responsible for all compensation, benefit,monthly payroll,. To include coordination and adherence with corporate policies and practices.
Ensure all salary adjustments, promotions confirm to established guidelines, policies and practices.
Recruitment & selection management ; conducts recruitment ; works with HRD team to screen and interview candidates ; conducts Psychotest and Interview ; extend job offers
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Responsible with employee database and administration.
Coordinates performance review, mutation, promotion and terminates.
Recommends new approaches ; policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of departement and services performed and
Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all employee Ensure that all HRGA policies and procedures are developed implemented and maintained
Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company and objective
Male/Female, age max. 35 years, min S1 degree.
Having at least 5 years working experience as Human Resources Manager (preferably in Retail Industry)
Must be proficient in general HR functions, such as: recruitment, training & development, labor laws, employee termination, analyzes the salary, monthly payroll, compensation and benefit, employee and industrial relation.
Able to conduct psychotest
In deep knowledge of labor law (UU No. 13 tahun 2003)
Good experience in Strategic HR Management System & HR operation
Have great competency in people management and people development.
Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation
Have analytical thinking possess
Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours
Willing to work in Samarinda, East Kalimantan (Job Interview could be held on Jakarta if possible)
Willing to have working days Monday – Saturday
Strong leadership and proven as a good communicator.
Hard working, able to work independently, team player, able to work under pressure
Highly self motivated, attention to details, responsible, strong analytical skill, organized and accountable
