Primary Responsibility
Understand the standard of Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation.
Extensive knowledge in kitchen machinery handling and knife safety procedure.
Have an international or cruise ship working experience is an advantage.
Qualification
Qualification
Between the age of 22 - 28 years old.
Have a degree in Hospitality / Tourism.
Have at least 2 years’ experience working in Restaurant.
Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work long hours and under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
English is Essential.
Able to work both individually and as a team player.
Preferably able to work immediately.
