Primary Responsibility
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Qualification
Qualification
Preferably between the age of 25 - 35 years old.
Have a degree in reputable Hotel School Academy.
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie Pastry
Creative and willing to work and grow together as a team.
Advance in English both oral and written.
Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work under pressure.
Loyal, Self-driven, proactive and possess good leadership skills.
The selected candidates, employment could commence as fast as possible.
