Primary Responsibility
Ticketing :- Provide customer service to incoming passengers- Responsible a full range of customer service functions- Makes and/or changes reservations, seat assignment- Answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares- Verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments- Familiar with Abacus, Galileo, Amadeus, Fare database, Fare database engine, Scripts and other systems that are in use and do bookings for the client in the fastest possible time- Respond to client’s email within 2 hours- The list of duties and responsibilities outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks, which may be performed by an employee whose position has been matched to this generic job description. Reservation Agent :- Familiar with Abacus, Galileo, Amadeus, Fare database, Fare database engine, Scripts and other systems that are in use and do bookings for the client in the fastest possible time- Respond to client’s email within 2 hours- Understand the client’s needs in order to provide efficient service to the client at all time- Provide the most cost effective and best / optimal fare to the client with the swiftest routing that makes the travel convenient for the Client- Escalate any complaints received to the Team Leader- Conduct regular review of the client’s travel programme to assess the frequency of the client’s program and identify areas of opportunity for improvement- Identify a drop-in business from clients being managed- Follow up and keep track of ticketing deadlines and inform the customer- The list of duties and responsibilities outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks, which may be performed by an employee whose position has been matched to this generic job description

Ticketing :- Male / Female- Age 25 - 35 years’ old- Bachelor Degree in Tourism/Travel Major (preferable)- Preferably can speak English- Having work experience more than 3 years as Ticketing Staff- Having work experience in Travel/Tourism Industry (preferable)- Having Galileo, Abacus, and Amadeus Certification
Reservation Agent :- Male/Female- 25-35 years’ old- Minimal Diploma degree in Tourism/Travel/Hospitality Major- Having 3 years’ work experiences in the similar position- Having good communication skills and service- Having work experience in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality industry- Having work experience in Umrah & Hajj travel agent or have ever been to Mecca and Medina- Having work experience in travel agent as ticketing- Preferably can speak English
