Primary Responsibility
Next Career is the Executive Search of Karir.com (http://next.karir.com/). Currently, We are representing one of our valuable clients in Personal Care Company. They are a Multinational Company that currently is looking for a Opearation Manager to be based in their office in Malang (East Java). Some of responsibilities ofOperationManager that they are looking for are:
Develop and manage the production operations, utilize machinery, raw materials and resources in the most
effective and (cost) efficient way, within SHE regulations and according to production planning, so that the
production orders are met in terms of quantity, quality specifications and timing, with an optimal utilization of the
production capacity.
Deployment of TPM program according to BDF standards to shape world class operations and to generate
continuous savings at Production Centres (PC). This includes setting and tracking of targets regarding TPM
activities, performance improvements and savings with PC Management and the development and deployment of
TPM concepts for the PC in cooperation with the TPM Headquarter function

Requirements:
a. Education Background:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering field.
b. Experiences:
5-7 years in FMCG Company and 2-3 years experience in similar position.
c. Functional competencies:
1. Good in verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong leadership skill
2. Ability to work effectively with diverse population
3. Advance knowledge and experience in manufacturing management and prefer form cosmetic / pharmacy industry.
4. Good knowledge of specific SAP modules PP
5. Proficient in the use of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
6. Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills
7. Strong problem solving attitude (addressing and solving problems which do not have routine solutions)
8. Customer orientation and communication with impact and assertiveness.
9. Comfortable in working in an international team, in a changing environment with multiple focus areas as well as working independently
10. Ability to perform under pressure and meet timelines
11. Ability to adapt changes in work environment
12. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situation
