Primary Responsibility
Find and identify new sales leads
Manage existing customers or new customersto create business opportunities, with KPI ( Key Performance Index ) :
Revenue
Repetition ( min 2 project close / won)
Issue ( Potential and Non Potential Customer) and must to know your competitor strength
Establish business relationship with customers and partners to capture business value
Manage & Arrange sales / technical training
Responsible in submitting Business Proposal and Quotations
Managing project opportunities : follow up, closing projects, post-sales/project management ( coordinate with SM )
Prepare and submitting Sales Contract (work with SM)
Reporting sales activities and business pipelines to Sales Manager
Work with Sales Admin on material delivery and invoicing process
Work with Finance in follow up payment issues

Requirements :
Male , Max. 35 yrs old
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or other fields’re welcome to apply
Minimum of 2 years experience for handling projects
Minimum of 1 years experience for same position
Have strong sales skill and technical analysis skill
Have strong passion to achieve the target
Demonstrate ability to develop, build and maintain the business relationships, both internally and externally and at all levels
Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management skills
