Provides one-stop service arrangement such as: Media placement, Strategy and Creative Production and Construction Building, Advertising Tax and Site Arrangement.
Primary Responsibility
Preparing invoicing/billing to clients
Preparing VAT forms and distributing to client
Collecting withholding tax receipt from clients
Chasing outstanding amounts of billing to clients
Verifying all expenses evidences before payment process
Record and process payments to suppliers/vendors
Liaise with banks, suppliers, vendors and tax officer
Assist in month-end process
Preparing bank reconciliation
Petty cash disbursements
Prepare and manage cash flow report and cash flow projection weekly
Set up meeting/ interview schedules as a part of recruitment process
Handle discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performance appraisals, confidential information issues and other HR related issues
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Handling administration of Payroll
Liaise with Insurance Companies and health insurance reimbursements – BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
In charge of all office supplies, and all operational office needs
In charge of all Outsourcing staffing; including overseeing and monitoring outsourced staffs for attendance, overtime, expenses of: Security, Cleaning Service, Driver and Messenger
Manage the office vehicle usage, expenses, insurance and other related documents
Manage Employees’ attendance, annual leave and related administration

Qualification
Degree level education in accounting/finance & HRD
Minimum 6 years experience
Good administration skills
Computer operations – MYOB System
