Primary Responsibility
Deliver above and beyond customer service through phone, email, and live chat
Answer customer calls and reply to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise
Think creatively about ways to improve the relationship with the customer
Assist customers in managing BlackGarlic subscriptions
Build a positive relationship with our warehouse teams to ensure our customers are receiving the best product and service possible!
Qualification
Qualification
1-2 years experience in a customer service related position is preferred (call center, restaurants, retail, etc.)
You’re a true people person!
You have stellar written and verbal communication skills – you never shy away from a phone conversation
You’re passionate about understanding problems and making things right
You have a contagiously happy attitude
Our customers have questions after dinner, too – we have weekend shifts available
Bi-lingual preferred
