Primary Responsibility
• Handling Recruitment- Selection the application, sourcing applicant by email and jobstreet.com- Prepare the written test (Psychotest, Job Test)- Prepare the interview (interview shceduling, personal data applicant)- Prepare MCU schedule for new employee• New Employee Orientation- Handling employment contract- Check all document of new employee- Make shcedule for new employee orientation• Training- Make training schedule for new employee- Prepare training documents• Handling the Personal Data Employee- Input the new employee personal data- Update the employee data• BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan- Register the new employee to BPJS- Report the amounts of employee if there any changes (resign or new employee) - Attendance and Payroll- Handling employee's attendance- Handling overtime and payroll• Industrial Relationship

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Majoring Psycology, Law, Management or Business, are preferable.• Required skill(s): english communication, computer literate, good knowledge in employment regulations (UU13-2003 and related), high initiative, energic, Strong mentally.• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia• Have good communication in English• Honesty, Consciencentious and Hard working• Able to work under pressure• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field and more than 500 employee company is required for this position.• Applicants must be willing to work in GIIC - Deltamas Cikarang.• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.• Full-Time position(s) available.
