Our clients include local as well as international companies, based in Indonesia and in Europe.
Primary Responsibility
Dispatch end-user IT issues reported via our ticketing tool. Escalate issues to next support level if needed.
Troubleshoot issues and communicate with end-user when done
Make sure that Client's environment is and will work well (=business continuity) through proactive actions: network improvments, backup procedures or any other actions that can secure their business and data.
Actively participate in all maintenance and support procedures improvement - create tutorial, update documentation.
Work at Nalysa office, remote access clients network, as well as visit clients on premises.
Possibly become certifiied in relevant IT maintenance and support domains
Qualification
Qualification
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
English active speaker (written / spoken)
S1/D3 degree in Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent with a min GPA of 3.0
Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure such as TCP/IP, VPN, Proxy, Firewall, virtualization, Active Directory, Windows server (installation and troubleshooting).
Able to troubleshoot issues to resolution independently and with high determination and can work independently with minimum supervision.
Deadline oriented, customer service oriented and can follow stricts SOP.
Good communication skills, good attitude, good teamwork.
Is willing to work in Jakarta Selatan
Mandatory Skills and Qualification :
Microsoft certification is not mandatory but greatly appreciated .
Knowledges about internet of things & cloud as services is not mandatory but a good advantage.
Knowledges about Office 365 / Exchange is not mandatory but higly appreciated
