Primary Responsibility
• Establish and maintain organization development and work structure• Ensure relevant talent provided in organization (recruitment, talent development, succession plan, career development)• Maintains employee compensation and benefit based on proper job evaluation, recommend, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions• Ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results, discipline employees, resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources region requirements• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures• Manage General Affairs Dept (office supplies, building and equipment maintenance, housekeeping, transport and security)

Qualification
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent• Experience in Human Resources min 5 years (Manager level) , property background will be beneficial• Experience in developing new procedures, standards and company regulation• Excellent analytical, communication skill and computer background• Trustworthies and good employee relation skills• Understand labor law and manpower regulation related
