Primary Responsibility
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications• Record data for each employee regarding attendance process (absence, overtime, and employee leave)• Perform optimal recruitment process• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees to employees• Arrange and held in-house and external training activities• Manage employee facilities (uniform, insurance, meal etc)• Maintain organization policies (document control)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia• 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply• Understand Indonesia Labour Law and regulation• Dynamic, good communication skill and excellent team player• Able to interact with all level employees• Computer literate (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc• Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
