We provide full real life support services, skilled and unskilled manpower supply, as well as facilities management, utilities and environmental services to a wide range of sites in the Oil & Gas, Defense, Mining, and Construction sectors.
Primary Responsibility
Membantu tugas dan tanggung jawab Project Manager di lokasi/wilayah /camp tersebut.
Menjamin kelancaran operasional catering, termasuk kecukupan makanan, mutu, dan variasi makanan, kebersihan/hygiene.
Menjamin kelancaran operasional housekeeping dan laundry, termasuk ketepatan waktu/jumlah dan kebersihan semua fasilitas camp.

Pendidikan S1
Memiliki pengalaman 4 tahun sebagai Camp Boss di project perusahaan internasional Minyak dan Gas atau yang sejenis (pengalaman onshore/offshore catering)
Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai food production dan keahlian yang baik dalam perencanaan logistik, manajemen produksi dan manajemen hotel/camp.
Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai standar HSE & Food Hygiene industri katering, serta memiliki pengetahuan tambahan, seperti standar internasional dalam food handling (mis: HACCP), yang meliputi penyimpanan, menyiapkan, menyajikan, dan membuang sisa makanan.
Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai masakan Indonesia, Western, dan Chinese, termasuk resepnya. Kemampuan komputer yang baik dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office. Mengerti bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan (fasih).
