Primary Responsibility
• Handling Assessment center and Competency Model development• Design and expand training and development program based on training need analysis, include produce training materials, manage the delivery, monitoring and evaluate the training• Develop skill competency and career path of employees• Implement, maintenance and coordinate Talent Development Program• Conduct and manage employee performance appraisals based on HRIS KPI• Develop effective induction program for new employee• Building and Implementing a Talent Rotation Program: Conduct needs assessment and define the boundaries of a rotation program.• Build talent review and assessment process to identify those ready to rotate, and identify roles in which candidates can rotate into.• Build mechanisms to support rotation assignments, and program effectiveness

Qualification
• Master degree in psychology with GPA 3.00• Having experiences at least 5 years on conducting assessment center from fresh to managerial level• Able to interpret assessment result (in-tray, LGD, inventory, etc)• Good communication accross stakeholder• Good analytical thinking and interpersonal• Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced• Certified as an Assessor will be an advantage• Willing to travel
