Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for conducting, department and job-specific training needs analysis to drive the training which meet all employee, organizational requirements.• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.• Partner cross functionally with supervisory and management personnel at various levels to identify training needs, develop and maintain compliant training records and activities.• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations• Develop effective assessment tool to track, monitor and validate training effectiveness.• Ensure all training programs are current, implemented in a timely manner, enforced appropriately and maintained within full compliance of all regulatory guidelines.• Coordinate, identify, schedule and conduct appropriate training as needed, both internal and external.• Evaluate the needs for external training, assess available resources, build and maintain relationships with external contacts to assist training needs.• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them• Manage training budget• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and skills - ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.• Excellent communications skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely in multiple media - verbal, written, etc.• Excellent organizational/time management skills.• Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail.• Ability to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment.• Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, Windows-based applications).• Good Analytical thinking• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management with GPA min. 3.00• 3-5 years of experience in developing training management in a fast-paced environment preferred.• Experience with creating and delivering training.
