You should have prior experiences in handling Marcom functions in aspects of public relations, digital marketing, campaigns as well as casual leasing i.e. Pushcart / Media Sales. You should be creative & resourceful in engaging shoppers & tenants in obtaining feedback & building strategic partnership with sponsors to enhance synergies. Furthermore, you will devise and manage the implementation of mall events, budget planning and management whilst creating awareness to deepen the value of the mall.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Design strategies for increasing the brand salience in the most efficient and effective manner
• Plan and implement the marketing communication mix across all channels
• Use consumer insights in terms of media consumption and shopping behaviour
• Translate them into an achievable roadmap/action plan
• Work closely with external agencies for developing and executing all forms of brand communication
• Oversee all operations of marketing communication activities with an emphasis on process seam lessness, quality, consistency
• Spearhead 360 degree offline & online campaigns for brand building through an optimal mix of ATL, BTL & Digital tactics of paid, owned and earned media
• Conceptualize and deploy impact full consumer activation campaigns using offline and digital
• Work closely with PR agencies to maximize visibility and generate Buzz
• Previous experience managing online content, social media and website management for a consumer brand
• Social media community management: Proven community and engagement growth
• Experience with massive emailing platform: campaign monitor, MailChimp
• Google analytics knowledge, certified preferred
• Project management skills and capability of working independently to meet deadlines
