Primary Responsibility
PURPOSEOF THE JOB :
Fully support the Colour Supervisor and Operations Manager to deliver colourant on time and within the relevant tolerance.
To assist Production to produce colourant according to the Company’s technical standards.
To assist the Colour Supervisor to deliver the QC-related requirements of the Company.
JOB OUTPUTS :
Check, control and record quality in each production process according to the Company’s work instructions and standards.
Measure hue and strength of computer master standard vs wet master standard.
Measure and store %Reflectance of approved colourant in Largo or other relevant software
Enter final release specification data in electronic and other files
Follow all technical procedures and work instructions as laid down by the company
