PT Mahkota Properti Indo has diversified properties; currently it has The Stones Hotel Legian Bali, The Stones Entertainment Centre Legian Bali, Clay Hotel Jakarta, La Foret Vivante Apartment project in Permata Hijau, The Stones Ubud project, the upcoming apartment and office building projects in Jakarta and Clay Hotel Projects within Indonesia.
Primary Responsibility
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with managers, staff, suppliers and clients
Collating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO including travelling or conducting research
Qualification
Qualification
Being in the same position at least for 2 years is preferable
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Good oral and written communication skills
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact and diplomacy
