Prym Intimates Indonesia (PII) is a joint venture Company between William Prym GmbH & Co.KG in Germany, a 16th century Company regarded as the oldest family owned business in Germany having commenced business in 1530 and Stretchline Holdings Limited a leading elastic manufacturer in the world.
PII is specialized in the manufacture of accessories for the intimate apparel industry having manufacturing locations in Sri Lanka, China and now in Indonesia (Semarang) providing its customers compelling accessory solutions.
Primary Responsibility
Evaluate and recommend the most economical and efficient control systems in order to improve cost effectiveness
Assist the management in preparing the annual budgets and oversee other maintenance activities so as to ensure a quality service is provided within the allocated funds
Ensure smooth functioning of mechanical and electrical equipment in order to provide an uninterrupted service and facilitate the operations of the organization
Establish key working relationship with the Lean, Innovation and Automation teams in order to ensure the Sustainability team embraces a culture of lean thinkinh and behavior & establish best practices along with environmental sustainability initiatives across the SBU

Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor'S Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
Required language(s): English
At least 4 years(s) of working expereince in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Senior Executive specializedin Maintenance/Repair (Dacilities & Machinery) or equivalent
Knowledge in premises, machinery, technology & people management skills
Must commit to work for at least 3 (three) years
Must be willing to work in Semarang, Central Java (Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma)
