PT. Tri Lestari Sandang Industri is a part of company under Sweater Division of Leetex Mfg group which has established more than 25 years, a one of biggest sweater company in Indonesia. Due to the company expansion we intend to hire a qualified persons to be part of our company growth.
Primary Responsibility
Managing daily HRD team activities related to the implementation of HRM functions such as: recruitment, orientation & induction and new employee training, administration control & attendance data based on ERP system, providing couching & counseling and reward & punishment in order to encourage and maintain better employee work productivity.
Build and continuously improve good communication between employees and between employees and management so as to create a harmonious and dynamic industrial relations in the work environment
Create routine reports to HRD Senior Manager: Weekly Employee Attendance Report, Employee Overtime Weekly Reports, Monthly Report Status & Number of Employees, Monthly Report Employee Turnover & Analyze.
Establish good communication and coordinate with government agencies such as Disnakertrans, Immigration, BPPT, Police, BPJS and local community leaders regarding employment, OSH and the condition of the company's liaison.
Controlling GA team especially in terms of maintenance of hygiene and repair / function of building & company facilities.
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum age 45 years
S1 graduate of Management / Industrial Engineering / Psychology from reputable university.
Having solid experience as an HR & GA Manager in a labor-intensive company for at least 5 years.
Having experienced in the recruitment of large numbers of workers with limited time deadlines.
Having strong knowledge in the function / scope of HRD such as, recruitment, labor law, human resource management, compensation, employee training & development, building / facility management.
Able to communicate well in English (at least passive)
Problem solver is fast and targeted and able to work independently
Having good integrity, strong leadership, communicative and high loyalty to the company
Willing to be placed / work in Tegal area.
