Primary Responsibility
- Defining the category strategy SilahQan should adopt for beauty products in Indonesia
- Running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy
- Responsible for improving the market share of assigned product categories
- Responsible for product sourcing and negotiating the trading terms with suppliers
- Manage vendor contracts, promotion rebate and ad hoc funds systematically and effectively
- Driving the category product pricing and marketing strategy
- Interacting daily with the upper management team to ensure the right implementation of highest level strategy
- Responsible for the maintenance of product information in the system
- Prepare data reporting and provide information of market conditio
Qualification
Qualification
- Age 21-30 years
- Minimum Bachelor/S1 or 2-5 years of e-commerce, retail merchandising or management consulting experience
- Demonstrated senior presence, experience managing others preferred
- Experience in sourcing, data analytics and details oriented
- Strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
- Innovative problem-solving skills, dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions
- Superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external)
- Strong organizational communication skills and a good team player
- Able to work in fast paced and under pressure environment
- Excellent written and oral skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia
