- Attending to call as well as online support chat
- Recording reports and keep track of all cases
- Following up any pending case and resolve them at the fastest, earliest possible time

- Good at communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bahasa)
- Comfortable to speak to strangers
- Must be able to handle stress and pressure
