Primary Responsibility
Membuat rencana kerja dan penjualan perbulan, pertiga bulan, serta target 1 tahun
Mempunyai jaringan ke RS Pemerintah (e-katalog) dan RS Swasta untuk melakukan promosi dan presentasi.
Berpartisipasi dalam memberikan estimasi kebutuhan stok-stok.
Membuat laporan aktifitas harian dan prospek list setiap minggu serta evaluasi penjualan setiap bulan.
Maintain pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan, terhadap item-item seluruh produk Barang Habis Pakai (BHP) e-katalog.
Mengenal dan mempunyai jaringan distribusi di daerah Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, Tanggerang, Banten.
Mempunyai relasi dengan Direktur Rumah Sakit Pemerintah dan Swasta, Direktur Penunjang Medis, Bagian Pembelian, Bagian Kepala Perawat dan Perawat.
Qualification
Qualification
Usia maksimal 35 Tahun.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bagian penjualan ALKES khusus barang habis pakai.
Pendidikan minimal S1 untuk sales manager.
Mampu bekerja secara individual dan mandiri.
Mempunyai hubungan baik dengan bagian terkait di RS Pemerintah ditingkat provinsi, kabupaten dan kecamatan serta dinas kesehatan, RSUK dan Puskesmas.
Sudah mengerti mengenai proses pembelian melalui e-katalog di RS Pemerintah di tingkat provinsi, kabupaten dan kecamatan.
Memiliki minimal sim C.
Untuk wilayah JABODETABEK.
Berdomisili di ibu kota masing-masing provinsi.
