Company Introduction
We are a growing travel agent based in Tangerang BSD, we specialize in flight tickets, hotel voucher, attraction tickets, Cruise, Tour, SIC packages, etc. We also provide inbound and outbound tour and products.
Our aim is to help customer needs for their travelling purposes, provide them with best services and reasonable prices.
Primary Responsibility
Listen to customer needs and present appropriately for sales
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers directly and via phone and email
Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; Suggest information about prducts and other services
Qualification
Qualification
Candidates must have a minimum of SMU, Diploma, Bachelor of Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
Languages required: Bahasa Indonesia English
At least 1 year of expereince of workers in the related field is required for this position
Skill required: Good communication skills both written and oral, Detail, able to understand customer needs
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent
There will be bonuses based on company performance
