Primary Responsibility
• Identifies employee motivators and formulates suitable recognition programs• Facilitates the maintenance and development of the company’s Job Evaluation system• Handles the processing of payroll and administration of salary adjustments for internal equity• Facilitates the maintenance and development of the company’s salary structure for external equity• Recommends, communicates and administers appropriate employee benefits

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Expert in employee renumeration scheme• Well knowledge of renumeration system, salary survey, payroll calculation, BPJS, insurance claim and income tax• Good command of English• Good communication and analytical skill• Willing to join immediately
