Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for managing end-to-end all recruitment and selection process
- Develop sourcing and selection methods to achive employee completion based on competency, qualification & SLA
- Manage recruitment team to accomplish manpower fulfillment
- Monitor and analyze monthly reports on recruitment activities

- Age Maximum 33 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Assistant Manager level is required for this position
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience in secondary sourcing specialties such as internet searches, passive candidate approach and communicating professionally in an online social network environment (such as Linkedin)
- Expertise with screening and pre-qualifying potential candidates
- Have a good understanding in Competency Based Human Resources Management.
- Possess outstanding analytical and leadership skills
- Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, effective communication
- and high standards of professionalism and result-oriented
- Proficient with MS. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
