Primary Responsibility
- Review sales performance in short term in order to determine action plan or improvement plan of their performance -
- Maintain customers by regular visits
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information as well as solve customer problems
- Prepare budgets and approve budgets expenditures
- Monitor customers preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
- Analyze sales statistic
- Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
- Determine discount rates or special pricing planes
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree (preferable Chemical Analyst, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology)
- Having experience minimum 3 years in Sales Marketing Department
- Having experience in food raw material and in food ingredients will be advantage (For Food and Beverage)
- Having experience in Cosmetic raw material will be advantage (for Cosmetic)
- Have a good communication skills
- Good personality, enthusiastic, service-minded, optimistic, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Having sense of business and strong leadership spirit
- Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, internet)
- language skills Indonesia and Inggris
- Having a Driving License ( SIM A )
