This company was family or near/relationship oriented, you can be boot licking person to get better position that really not suitable to my opinion.
There is no promotion just increase the responsibility with same price on your head (based on my experience getting level on supervising people but get bleed to be called as promotion and fix my salary based on my position).
Your salary not be different with high schoolers that accepted on Lyto.
On so many levels, the operational division is not mean to make you a different person in a year(s) working there. If you lucky, you got several knowledge, if you not (if your head division doesn't care) you just work as procedures, in the end when you feel isn't right to work there anymore, and apply to another level of company, you will know the reality.
In game terms, when you apply to another companies, you have the skill set but you doesn't had enough experiences and it's make you feel sad.
