Company Introduction
PT Sarana Yukti Bandhana (“SYB”) is a leading IT company in Indonesia, founded in the 1990s. The company develops, provides and operates online solutions using both banking and non-banking networks to enable payment collection can be done in a cost effective fashion. SYB acts as the payment gateway to facilitate online payment at Collecting Agents (such as Banks) and the collections can be updated at Billers’ database. Currently, there are 65 Collecting Agents (both banking and non banking) and 44 Billers and Service Providers Companies in our SYB Payment Gateway.
SYB is the first company to start online electricity bill payment in Indonesia via Bank in the year 2000 and we are also the first company to incorporate and convert offline payment points to online and establishing the first online agent payment network in Indonesia.
Primary Responsibility
Coordinating with all sub divisions related to indoor maintenance ((housekeeping, customer service, rink operator; etc)
Ensure daily ice rink operational security
Having a good attention to details and customer service
Qualification
Qualification
Having 2-3 years experiences as Help Desk, Call Center or Telemarketing (IT Service Background)
Good knowledge on Linux environment & command syntax ( Knowing shell script is a plus )
Having knowledge on SQL scripting of Databases
Good email correspondences
Willing to work on shift basis
Able to read logs of applications, and give analysis
Have experience to manage small team
