Primary Responsibility
- Understand the wants and needs of guests researching on AD Time website
- Use agile methodologies to launch and manage products working with designers and other stakeholders
- Manage the product process for our website from idea generation through product releases and maturity
- Setup and monitor customer feedback loops (surveys, view session recordings, user testing, etc) as well as internal feedback to improve the guest experience
- Clearly communicate plans and progress to internal teams
Qualification
Qualification
- More than 3 years of experience in ecommerce management
- Deep understanding of SEO as well as how to monitor and measure search engine performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams including marketing and design
