Our mission is simple: to deliver excellent property brokerage services to our clients. Excellent property brokerage services mean excellent personal service. Therefore, we do something more than just supplying information, or finding buyers or sellers. But, we create a system to ensure that the content and the quality of the service that we provide is nothing less than the best.
It is started with an initial communication with our clients. We ask you what you need, your specific situation, and your time frame. Once we have this information we can begin to find the information that you need or if you want to sell and advise you the right price to sell for your given time frame. Sometimes, we may ask you to decrease your price, sometimes we may ask you to increase the price. We try our best to match your expectation and the market reality.
When it comes to negotiation and the detail of transaction, we are the best of it. We do not just deliver messages, but we influence the stakeholders so we can change the message and close the deal. We check the papers, we ensure that we write a pre deal contract that accompanies all party best interest before we go to the notary.
