My Gym Indonesia was established in 2015. Our current outlet is strategically located in Aeon Mall BSD City, Tangerang - Banten Indonesia. My Gym was created in 1983 by William Caplin and Yacov & Susi Sherman, who opened their first two My Gyms in Santa Monica and Van Nuys, California. Utilizing their experience in the fields of sports, dance, early childhood development, kinesiology and gymnastics, they developed a program and facility where children actively participate in a variety of structured, weekly physical education classes to gain social skills and self-esteem. In 1989, Cory Bertisch and Monique Vranesh, then recent graduates of the University of California at Santa Barbara, purchased My Gym in Van Nuys and experienced immediate success. From 1989 to 1994, the original My Gym founders, together with Bertisch and Vranesh, further developed the My Gym programming, refined their custom-made equipment, fine-tuned their systems of operation, and witnessed the popularity of their gyms explode.
